The features include a lot of commuting and music. Google has got itself out from the boundaries of direction and routes. The app now offers complete commute management for you. All you have to do is get your home address and work address fed in Google Maps to roll like a boss. You can enter the method of your commute then specify the destination and mention the source to learn a lot about your journey. Google Maps would find out the best route for your trip along with providing alternate routes in case of any deviations. Google has managed to come up with precise time calculations on your path. The app indicates how long it would take for you to get to your destination. Also, it lists the estimated duration fast routes, slowdowns, or traffic crashes would take. Proving that this app is equally essential for people who travel through buses or trains, Google incorporated the bus/train tracking feature. This feature allows you to locate your bus/train. Apart from this, Google suggests you when you should leave to catch a bus or train in time. In case, you reach your transport station earlier; the app tells you how long you will have to wait until the next transport arrives. Google has planned to launch this service in more than 80 regions. Rumors are that this service would be extended in Sydney by letting people know about the number of passengers in the next transport as well. To make Google Maps more exciting, Google has added music controls on the screen too. These controls are available for Apple Music or Google Play Music. Google takes care that tracking and navigation are never interrupted. Instead, you can enjoy your long routes and make your journey hassle free with these exciting features.
