The short version: send news tips, leaks, documents or story ideas through the form below, or email team@techengage.com with a subject line starting “Tip:”. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Editors verify every tip before anything is published.
What makes a useful tip
The TechEngage® editorial team wants to hear about things our readers should know and that we can confirm. Good tips include:
- Product news: unannounced devices, software updates, feature changes, launch dates, regional availability or pricing changes.
- Problems readers face: widespread bugs, outages, security issues, misleading listings or policy changes that affect users.
- Industry developments: research findings, company changes, funding or regulatory news in consumer technology and software.
- Story ideas: questions you want answered or topics you think deserve a closer look.
The more you can help us verify, the better: links, screenshots, dates, documents, or how you came to know the information.

Protecting your identity
- You choose what to share. Name and contact details are helpful if we need to follow up, but you can leave them out.
- Tell us if you want to stay anonymous. We will not name a source who asks for confidentiality without their permission.
- Be careful with work devices. If a tip concerns your employer, consider sending it from a personal device and account.
- Removal requests. If you submitted identifying information and want it removed from our records, email us with the subject “Privacy:”. Our privacy policy explains how form submissions are handled.
What happens next
An editor reviews each tip. We do not publish unverified claims: a tip is a starting point for reporting, checked against primary sources, official statements or independent evidence under our editorial standards. We may contact you with questions if you left a way to reach you. Because of volume, we cannot reply to every submission or guarantee coverage.
This page is for editorial tips only. For errors in something we published, see our corrections policy. For advertising, careers, press releases or general messages, use the contact page. Tips never buy coverage; read our ethics for how we stay independent.
