Within a short period of time, the phone gained a lot of attention as a budget smartphone. This is the reason why it has gained so much popularity that resulted in 1 million sales. The Realme 1 launched last May reached this milestone in just 3 months. Realme 1 is very popular in India since its launch. The phone is among one of the best selling smartphones in Amazon India.

Here’s what Realme said in their official Twitter page:

During the first flash sale in India, Realme 2 (launched in August 2018) sold 200,000 units. The numbers didn’t stop there, the second sale brought the total to 370,000 units. Surprisingly, in both the sales, the available units ran out of stock in minutes. There was another sale earlier today, but we do not have the numbers yet because the company hasn’t revealed it.

If we add up the numbers of Realme 1 and Realme 2, it goes up to 1 million.

Realme 2 Pro:

The company is going to launch Realme 2 Pro next week and they have already sent the invitations. We’re not sure why it is a two-day event instead of one:

Rumor has it that the Pro version of Realme 2 is going to be more powerful in specs with enhanced dual camera features. The phone is constructed in glass design with the fingerprint sensor on the back below the camera module. Here’s the official video to get an idea of what the phone is all about:

Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 is expected to power this device. SD 625 is very popular among Xiaomi devices due to its performance and power efficiency. The processor is 64-bit clocked at 2.0 GHz backed with 6GB of RAM.
