According to Independent, users from northern Europe, Australia, and the west coast of the US faced this glitch. Is it because the Instagram founders just left? We are not sure. It could be a technical issue.
A spokesperson from Instagram gave a statement:
We’re aware that some users are having trouble accessing their Instagram accounts. We’re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible,
After an hour wait, Instagram is back again. What caused this glitch? We are looking into it.
