Copa Airlines IAD Terminal operates its flights from Terminal A of Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and the customers can experience a seamless and problem-free journey. Passengers can reserve their tickets online, through the Copa Airlines app, over the phone, or even in person from the ticket counters inside the terminal. It is an elastic check-in system where travelers can check in on the internet as much as 24 hours before flight departure or at airports using manned counters and automated self-service kiosks. At least three hours before international flights is needed to allow sufficient time for check-in and security screening. Copa Airlines has one carry-on bag and one personal bag as allowed baggage, varying checked baggage by ticket class and destination. Special luggage, such as sports equipment, may entail pre-booking.
